Please notify us at creative@allegragcmg.com or by calling 269-324-0040, within 48 hours of receipt of your order regarding any issues. We guarantee accuracy or we’ll make it right. Replacements for improper embroidery, or inaccuracy of item, size, or color will be for the exact same item, color and size. Alternative items, colors or sizes are considered new orders at normal pricing.
